Alan Sackman (NY) became Grand Slammer #706 back in 1986 after taking a Wyoming bighorn. Next up for Alan, ironically, was the SCI World Conservation & Hunting award, which he received in 2006. Alan completed his Super Slam in 2007. Alan then began the long road toward the Ovis and Capra Super 30’s. In fact, there were 28 years between Alan’s Ovis World Slam and his Super 30 in 2016. There were 21 years between his Capra World Slam and his Capra Super 30 in March 2017. And yes, it was a Capra goat that qualified Alan to be inducted into the Pantheon
